Seoul Queen Plastic Surgery Alar Reduction 1.5-Month Progress Review

Before/after <day of surgery> after <1.5 months> after <1.5 months> I didn’t like how my nasal ala spread wide when taking photos, so I decided to get alar reduction. As for choosing the clinic, my friend had it done there, so I didn’t look into it too much before going ahead. I did read a lot of reviews, and I chose Dr. Kim Jinjoong because the surgery style I wanted matched his. I reduced it by 4 mm! I wanted to reduce it more, but he said if I did, it would look like a pinched nose, so I couldn’t go further. Right after surgery, when I woke up from sedation anesthesia and looked, I wondered, “Did I even get it done...?” So I checked the size of my nostrils, and they had gotten smaller lol. And when I kept comparing it with my before photos, I could see the change. But since it’s skin, it stretched, so compared with right after surgery there are parts that have stretched a bit, and I sometimes think maybe I should have reduced it more. I had a really bad cold and blew my nose a lot, and I also laughed, so I think it stretched. I don’t regret the surgery itself, and now I just have the thought that I want to reduce it more..? I’m going to ask the doctor again when I go for my progress check. They said if I have revision surgery within 1 year, I only need to pay an additional 220,000 won! A nice optical illusion? I got from alar reduction is that my nasal bridge looks a bit higher than before lol Oh, and to add while editing, when I went for my 1-month progress check, I told the doctor that I wanted to reduce it more, but he opposed it, saying it would look strange if we did more and that it’s just right now lol. So for now I’m going to watch it for a few more months.. haha. And now I can’t put my finger in my nose, absolutely cotton swabs only.. lol I mean, if I really forced it I could put one in, but I don’t want to waste the surgery cost by stretching it again, so I’m careful lol. Since the nostril size got smaller, cotton swabs are essential haha. As for pain, from about an hour after surgery? as the anesthesia wore off, it gradually hurt with a hot, stinging feeling, and for about three hours it hurt enough to be uncomfortableㅜ So I took Tylenol and it gradually got better. After that there was no pain at all, only when laughing or when my facial expressions made it spread a little? I felt a pulling sensation, and after a month, I think it was fine even when I laughed! Personally, it was a satisfying surgery for me, but there also seem to be quite a few people who say not to do it, so I hope you think carefully and decide
