Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

It’s been over 2 weeks since my male rhinoplasty and alar reduction

After <front view after surgery> After <side view 2 weeks after surgery> After <side view 2 weeks after surgery> Before <side view before surgery> Before <front view before surgery> It has been 2 weeks and 2 more days since my nose surgery and alar reduction (incision + Elasticum thread). There is still a lot of swelling on the nasal bridge and the area where I had the alar reduction, but people around me are already complimenting me a lot, saying I did well to get my nose done. As for discomfort, other than a pulling sensation between the nostril wings and philtrum when I smile or open my mouth, and some dead skin because I couldn’t wash my face properly for a few days, there isn’t anything uncomfortable now. The side view is different too, but even to me, the before and after from the front looks dramatically different! I originally had nose filler, but I dissolved the filler in advance and then had surgery. From the front, my nostril wings were very wide, so the director had said that while doing the alar reduction, he would pull and tighten them once more with thread. The effect is definitely clear. A 4 mm silicone implant was used on the nasal bridge, and the surgery was done using donated costal cartilage. For the alar reduction, an incision and a thread called Elasticum were used!
