I had revision rhinoplasty (no implant + septal cartilage), and there was no blood pooling inside my nose until day 7, but from day 8 it slowly started to rise, and on day 9 it got a bit worse, so the clinic drained the blood with a syringe.. But when I looked on Naver and YouTube, they said if blood pooling symptoms appear early, the chance of inflammation is high and the chance of blood pooling recurring is high... Has anyone had blood pool inside their nose after nose surgery? Please, I’m begging for replies....

I had a full nose implant removal today, and maybe because it was removal rather than nose surgery, it didn’t take long haha. I didn’t have a splint, just tape, then pulled my hat down low, wore a mask, took the subway, and came home haha.
