I’ve had rhinoplasty twice and my nostrils still show, so please recommend a hospital that’s good at revision rhinoplastyㅠㅠ I’ve used up all my ear cartilage, so I probably won’t have any material left. Is there any other material that can support the columella besides autologous rib cartilage!!?ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Shin Se-kyung’s nose line is so pretty, so please recommend mainly places that do that kind of nose line ㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
