I’ve had rhinoplasty twice and my nostrils still show, so please recommend a hospital that’s good at revision rhinoplasty I’ve used up all my ear cartilage, so I probably won’t have any material left. Is there any other material that can support the columella besides autologous rib cartilage!!? Shin Se-kyung’s nose line is so pretty, so please recommend mainly places that do that kind of nose line
