Before<before surgery>After<after surgery>I was worried, but the swelling was almost all gone by weeks 1-2. The pus(?), protein(?) that kept getting in my eyes also disappeared haha The uncomfortable parts now are that I developed dry eye syndrome, and it still hurts a little when I press or touch under my eyes, though less than at the beginning. An acquaintance said their eyes did not feel like their own for a year~ I hope it settles well soon without any foreign-body sensation. And...!!! Now that the fat is gone, the wrinkles look extremely deep and prominent. It is not that they newly formed, but the ones that were originally there are suddenly visible because the fat is gone, right..? Now the wrinkles bother me haha
Anyway, my goal was dark circles, and they said the dark circles would improve by about 50%, but as expected, that was not the case. To my eyes, there is almost no difference.. Just a little less noticeable? If someone is getting this surgery because of severe dark circles, I think I would not recommend it.
Still, people around me told me a lot that my face looks brighter. I used an app camera for the photo, so it looks really bright. The protruding fat is definitely gone!
