My nasal bridge isn't completely flat, but my nasal tip is really low... I thought if I slightly improved my side-profile line, I would look much more feminine, so I went to consultations at three places this time ㅜㅜㅜ I actually didn't know I had a bulbous nose, but while going to consultations, I found out for the first time that my nasal alae are a bit wide! If possible, I wanted to have surgery without an implant and still get a satisfying height, so I went to consultations at ㅇㅇㅂ, ㅎㅌ, and ㅌㅇㅅ. Everyone, please tell me which place seems the bestㅜㅜ I copied and pasted what I sent my friend on KakaoTalk, so please excuse the casual speech!
ㅎㅌ: First of all, the location was the best. It was in the center of Gangnam, so it was easy for me, someone bad with directions, to find. The reception staff were all kind too. The waiting time here was the shortest among the three, though there still was some,, The overall consultation, including with the director, was the longest. Here, I first asked whether I needed alar reduction, and they said that if I just did slight bulbous nose correction, my satisfaction would probably be much higher. They also said they would make the improvement significant while still keeping it as natural as possible. I liked that they pointed out that part specifically, and the director said, in a nuance, that they had done many cases like my nose and were definitely confident with this type of nose, which attracted me the most.... They also said they would adjust the surgery date to my preferred date as much as possible.
ㅌㅇㅅ: This was a place I had known about for a long time, so I went in with some expectations. There were more people than I expected, and the inside of the clinic was small! I think the wait took a bit longer than at the other clinicsㅠ I couldn't go in at my reserved time.. They didn't mention alar reduction at all, and when I asked whether a no-implant nose surgery was possible, they said it would look awkward to do only the nasal tip and that it would look unnatural, so they suggested raising the nasal bridge just slightly as well! They said we should just cleanly refine the hump. The clinic atmosphere itself wasn't very different from the other places. The staff also had a kind vibe!
ㅇㅇㅂ: The first place I had a consultation! Among the three, I think it felt the most hectic ㅜ I guess it's because it's famous these days.. The consultation also felt a bit backed up, but they examined me very thoroughly, so it didn't bother me much! Here too, like ㅌㅇㅅ, they said that if I did it exactly the way I wanted, it could come out looking a bit unnatural. Instead, they said they could do the surgery the way I wanted. The staff here were all kind too! The quote wasn't bad either, but many of the reviews were more glamorous in style than I expected, so that part worries me a bit. Oh, and here they recommended alar reduction, but after looking it up, I still don't really understand why everyone strongly discourages alar reductionㅠㅠ
