I’m finally one year post-op from facial contouring too!!! Wow!!
To put it simply, I had three-part facial contouring at a clinic on January 14 last year!
Now that it’s been a year, maybe because I’ve passed the stable period well, I have no problem opening my mouth, and I’m doing well eating everything I want!
The swelling seems to be almost all gone, not just the major swelling of course, but even the minor swelling. Before surgery, I read reviews and wondered if this could really happen, but now that I’ve done it, I don’t even want to imagine how I looked before,, lol
I’m glad it turned out to be a surgery I truly don’t regret. When I first had the three-part facial contouring and woke up from anesthesia, it was really miserable, but only that one day was extremely hard. From day two, it was more like a bit numb? That level, and there wasn’t really anything like, wow, I’m in so much pain I could die. I don’t know if it’s because I recover quickly, but even around one week post-op, I ate little pieces of bread,,
After eating, I gargled really diligently, and it was a bit uncomfortable when food got caught in the stitches, but still, I ate everything, gargled hard, and I don’t think there were any major inconveniences. If I really, really had to pick one big thing,,
It would be that I couldn’t sleep on my side,,? Originally, I really couldn’t
sleep facing upward, but after this surgery I got used to sleeping on my back haha
Somehow, after doing the cheekbones, square jaw, and chin, I felt like sleeping on my side would make me asymmetrical? lololol
Personally, except for the day of surgery, I think I was pretty comfortable. I also ate really well! Maybe because of that, I’ve gained a little weight these days, so I think I need to manage it,, Friends I meet all say I lost weight, and I guess this is the power of three-part facial contouring. Since my face area became smaller, I think a lot of people feel like I lost weight. Now I should manage my weight and try to lose a bit more facial fat. The director caught every detail well, and I’m so relieved that the face shape I wanted and the face shape the director envisioned were similar ㅠㅠ I’m very satisfied because I think the surgery was done naturally without an excessive look!!
