The top photo is right after surgery, and the bottom one is before.
Originally, my right eye opened less than my left, the inner part of the crease had come undone and bent, and the line looked thick. So during the pre-op design, the doctor said they would set the left side slightly higher to balance things out. (The left was set at 10 mm, a bit higher than before, and the right at 9 mm, almost the same as before or just very slightly higher.)
But looking at the actual result, the left crease is obviously much higher and looks like a sausage eyelidㅜ On top of that, they even did an upper epicanthoplasty together to make it closer to an in-out crease. Should I ask them to undo it now and do an early correction? I had the surgery yesterday, and I do think the surgeon is technically good, but even if the line height was meant to balance things, the difference looks way too obvious. From the beginning, I asked for a natural line just very slightly higher than before, but the left side became much higher than before, so I don’t think this is just swelling. It really looks clearly asymmetric to me..
