First of all, I’m dissatisfied because I kept saying I wanted the silicone removed, but the doctor insisted it would be better to put it back in, so I had it inserted again. Second, my nostrils are uneven again ㅎ…… For the first surgery, I used septal cartilage; for the second, I used ear cartilage.
