I'm 3 weeks post-op from incisional double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction.
Normally, I had almost no strength when opening my eyes, so my eyelids used to cover nearly half of my pupils.
Then after having surgery this time, at first it felt like my eyes were being forced open and they got bigger,
but starting yesterday, I felt like the force that was forcibly helping my eyes open had gotten weaker.
Of course, even now, if I consciously open my eyes wide, they get about as big as right after I had it done.
I'm wondering if I have to keep consciously opening my eyes.
If I pay less attention to opening my eyes, they eventually get smaller, so I'm wondering whether the surgery was done properly.
