I got L-shaped silicone, and it’s been a year and a half. My nose is too upturned and the indentation is severe, so I went in for a follow-up ㅠ The director said it probably won’t go up any further, massaged my nose, and said I just need to take contracture medication. He said if I remove it, my nose will actually turn up even more, but I’m seriously so anxious.. When I asked why he used this silicone, he said his own daughter used this silicone too, and that there was less contracture with L-shaped silicone than with straight silicone.. lolololol I looked it up on YouTube and other communities, and L-shaped silicone seems like an old surgical method, so I asked if the problem wasn’t because of this silicone and asked him to do removal surgery. Then he said contracture is random, and directors who tell you to get revision surgery all say that because they need to make money, so of course they’d say that. Is this right..???

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
