It’s already been well over ten years since my surgery, and I’ve lived without discomfort during that time, but recently, symptoms like nasal bridge skin contracture(?) or inflammation have gradually been lifting it, so I’m not sure what to do.. I think Gore-Tex and septal cartilage were used. If anyone has resolved a case similar to mine, please give me some advice

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
