First of all, there was no waiting and no consultation fee, and maybe because the clinic is large, the whole process from the CT scan to the consultation went very smoothly, which was nice. The consultation with Director ㄱㅇㅎ was very detailed and easy to understand, tailored to the individual, and he recommended only the surgeries that were necessary without overdoing it, so he felt trustworthy. The counseling manager was friendly and spoke well from the patient’s perspective, but didn’t explain the parts I was curious about in great detail, and seemed more focused on the cost and administrative aspects. There was a bit of pressure to pay a reservation deposit, but since it was refundable, I just paid it and left.
