My eye condition was slightly sunken eyes, uneven eyes with a double eyelid developed on only one side, eyes that were short horizontally and had fat, and eyes with limited canthal opening and an epicanthal fold. I was considering incisional double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty + lower canthoplasty + lateral canthoplasty.

They marked a double eyelid line for me, but I didn’t particularly like it. They said I had no eye space, so lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty would have no effect. Buried-suture method + ptosis correction -> quoted 1.6 million The buried-suture method wasn’t a suitable surgical method for my eyes, so I passed. A lot of hospitals push ptosis correction, and they said I had pseudoptosis, but they included it saying it would increase the fixation strength of the double eyelid surgery, though I’m not really sure about that.

They marked a double eyelid line for me, and it was pretty. They recommended epicanthoplasty + ptosis correction + buried-suture method. I didn’t do it because they recommended the buried-suture method.
