Before and after <I think my nostrils look a bit different; I originally had slight asymmetry, but I think I’ll only know after watching the progress...> After after after Before before before (details of my first surgery on Oct. 2, 2023) Today was supposed to be the day I got eye and nose surgery, but I canceled the eyes and only got my nose and Rejuran done lol
I think the doctor has a really nice personality. He was cheerful until the end. What was so fun? ㅠㅠ He said he’s good at eyes too!!! It seems like each doctor pushes their own area separately. (Sorry ㅠㅜ I canceled because there weren’t any reviews.)
For my first surgery today, I don’t think I was nervous at all - (why!?) At the end, when he said, “I’ll make it pretty for you,” my heart totally fluttered ㅇㅅㅇ He also explained the side effects, and replayed all the explanations for me.
During surgery, I must have been in pain because they said even while asleep I kept moving my head left and right like crazy ㅠㅠ I don’t remember, but vaguely... I must have been such a difficult patient ㅠㅠ Because I moved so much, they woke me up midway, and in a dazed state they stitched up my swollen nose ㅜ
When I opened my eyes, nurses were holding my head. Ah, so embarrassing ㅠㅠㅠ How much must I have moved :-( Maybe it’s because I have a bad temper (sorry)
I got my nose done, but I honestly don’t feel any of the discomfort other people talk about. It feels manageable. If they just take out the cotton inside my nose, I think tomorrow will be a bit better.
It is stuffy, but it doesn’t feel that extreme. It really seems to vary by person lol Maybe because it hasn’t hardened yet, but there isn’t much bleeding either. Did I really have surgery??? Suddenly I’m questioning it ㅠㅠㅜㅜ They said it varies by person, but they try to do it with as little swelling and bleeding as possible. Maybe that’s true, or maybe I’m just lucky. Nothing is uncomfortable at all -!!!
After surgery, I was lying there like a corpse, and since I also did Rejuran, I had a mask pack on, but my face hurt so much that I wanted to go home ㅠ It stung.
The doctor came, talked with me, and reattached the splint too. I think I like places that are this kind :-) But disinfectant in my hair, seriously? ㅠㅠ All the yellow stuff got clumped in. Was it this bad? They could’ve wiped it a little ㅡㅡ Whew, I couldn’t sleep like this. I went straight to a hair salon. They said it was okay to go right away lololol I absolutely can’t stand feeling grimy ㅠㅠ
Still, I understand why smoking is not recommended. My nose actually feels too irritated to do it. I think I’m the one suffering more.
Anyway, I haven’t taken it off yet so I don’t know, but please come out beautifully, tremble tremble ㅜㅜ For my eyes, I’m going to think about it again once my nose settles.

(Oct. 6, 2023) It’s day 5..
I had my 3rd visit... I had them look carefully inside my nostrils. Just as I was about to go home, they stopped me and told me to also get some laser thing, so I got it and left (does this work?) I didn’t ask for it because I wondered if it was necessary, but they said it’s better than not doing it, so I did it..
I finally washed my face. It felt so~~~~~~~ freaking refreshing. I avoided the area and gently soaped only my cheeks and forehead, then wiped with a towel. When I touched my nose, it felt weird.. like rubbing my fingers together with someone else’s fingers mixed in.
Anyway... I got the splint removed today.. But they said it’s really swollen.. The bridge is swollen too.. Honestly, I didn’t drink swelling tea. I didn’t go for walks either. I really hate doing bothersome things...
Considering I didn’t manage it, there was no bruising or bleeding..
So far, nothing abnormal.
I purposely didn’t cover my eyes.. Could you look and see if it goes well with my eyes? I also wonder if it’s too high and sharp...;;
What kind of nose is this, though? I don’t know if it’s dramatic, naturally refined, semi-ski-slope, or what the name is.
At this point, is it... a success? ㅇ_ㅇ; Once all the swelling goes down, I’ll edit and upload again.
With the nose, side effects can appear over time, so I can’t calmly say it was a success, but just in case, I’m thinking of getting CT images once a year to check, with the mindset that I’ll never do it again... lol
I thought about it for 3 years before doing it, and it’s fascinating that my eye shape somehow looks more straightforward now.. (But is this addiction? After doing my nose, I want to do other areas too.)
