Hello! My double-eyelid line is too low, I like a semi-out line, and I look sleepy, so I went for revision consultations! I went to a total of 6 places: ㅁㅂ, ㄷㄹㅅ, ㅅㅅ, ㅍ, ㅇㄴ, ㅇㄷㅍ.
For my final choices, I’m thinking of ㅇㄴ Dr. ㄱㅅㅎ, ㅍ Dr. ㄱㄷㄱ, and ㄷㄹㅅ Dr. ㅎㅅㅈ. Please recommend one!
ㅍ and ㄷㄹㅅ recommended an in-out buried-incision double eyelid, upper canthoplasty, and ptosis correction, and ㅇㄴ recommended a buried-incision line between in-out/semi-out plus upper canthoplasty. They said ptosis correction is optional, but if I do it I have to accept that the line may become lower, and told me to choose whether I want clearer-looking eyes or a higher line ㅠㅠ
My eyes are sunken and the distance between my brows and eyes is not very large, so everyone advised against a full semi-out line. It’s disappointing, but I think I’ll do either in-out or something between semi-out and in-out ㅠ
Dr. Kim at ㅍ consulted with me for less than 5 minutes (almost 2-3 minutes..) and only held the line once before leaving. He looked extremely busy.. Dr. Hong at ㄷㄹㅅ checked very carefully, holding the line several times. He also looked at the asymmetry a bit, but I saw posts on an app saying the buried sutures came undone or not to go there, so I’m debating ㅜ Dr. Kim at ㅇㄴ also checked very carefully, but the consultant was really.. haha, no comment.. She kept using semi-formal speech with other people too..^^ The doctor said he wanted the line to show as much as possible, but if I do ptosis correction it would get slightly buried, and since my ptosis is not very severe, he thought it would be okay.. He said he personally thinks a slightly less-open look like Han So-hee is fine too, but it’s my preference haha.. I get stressed because I look a bit sleepy in photos, so I’m debating ㅜㅜ.
