1st surgery - around December 2015 (8 years ago) When I was 15 years old in my second year of middle school, I had double eyelid surgery from the director of a clinic in Apgujeong that was said to be famous for double eyelid surgery at the time.
Originally, the skin on my eyelids was very thick, and I had very severe ptosis and very small, clam-like eyes. I had an incision method, epicanthoplasty, and ptosis correction, but from the first surgery, I had deep scars like so-called “sausage eyes,” and the scars were extremely uneven and severe. Even the line itself was uneven (some areas were empty..)

2nd surgery - December 2016 (7 years ago) I had surgery by the vice director at a large clinic in Gangnam. It was a large clinic said to be frequented by many celebrities and known at the time as specializing in double eyelid surgery, so after consultation I decided to have surgery, and I had epicanthoplasty, incision double eyelid surgery, and ptosis correction for the second time. As a result, the line became more organized than before, but I am still so worried because of the severe scars and scar tissue..
Even now, when my eyes are open, the double eyelid line is uneven and looks like sausage eyes..
And when I close my eyes, there are very visible marks and scars left so badly that beyond looking unnatural, they are honestly so disfiguring that it has become a complex for me ㅠㅜ For the 3rd surgery, I had lower and lateral canthoplasty while getting additional ptosis correction in the front, and I am very satisfied with that..
After having eye surgery 3 times and touching every part that could be opened in the front, back, sides, and incised, since my eyes themselves are naturally so small, I’m trying to accept and live with this eye size and shape now...
More than anything, I want to look natural ㅠㅜㅠ These scars where severe scar tissue has adhered together.... How should I resolve this??
(Only the double eyelid line) I had surgery 2-3 times, always at clinics said to be famous in Seoul.. but since I didn’t get results I was satisfied with.. It’s hard to have hope... and I’m scared... What should I do ㅠㅅㅠ (In reality, I think it’s slightly worse than in the photos)
