I was thinking about removal, but I feel like if I remove it, I’ll end up getting surgery again, so I’m really torn. What should I do..? I had functional nose surgery and cosmetic nose surgery with septal cartilage + ear cartilage, but my nostrils became completely uneven and my columella bent, like this ) For now, the uneven nostrils bother me the most, and they made my nasal tip too sharp, like a witch nose, so I want to make it round and natural. For anyone who had a case like mine, could I find out where you had revision surgery..?
