I had surgery 4 years ago using silicone and septal cartilage, but I really don’t like the shapeㅜㅠ So now I only want to do the nasal tip. Is it okay to reuse the septal cartilage and put ear cartilage on top of it? Can it be reused? Could it collapse or droop over time?ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
