Double Eyelid Surgery Review

Before <right before entering the operating room, monolid!!> Before <the 3 years when I used double-eyelid glue and double-eyelid tape> Before <after surgery> Before <one month in, wearing lenses and full makeup too!> Reason for choosing the clinic - It was the first clinic I went to for a consultation, and the director said, “It’s still too early for this surgery, so you shouldn’t do it yet.” They clearly told me what would and wouldn’t work, so I trusted them! I also liked the line they designed for me, so I didn’t go anywhere else and decided to proceed at this clinic.   Procedure pain or swelling - The surgery was done under sedation + local anesthesia, and there was no pain at all. Even after the anesthesia wore off after surgery, there was no pain at all. The swelling wasn’t severe either, and as time passed, the swelling kept going down quickly!

Satisfaction - Before surgery, I had small, narrow eyes with a thin inner double eyelid, and I was so stressed about how small my eyes were. The distance between my eyes was also a bit wide, so for 3 years I kept drawing on double-eyelid glue + double-eyelid tape and an epicanthoplasty effect to hide my complex. After double eyelid surgery, my eyes became much bigger and more opened up than before, so I really like themㅜㅜ People around me also tell me a lot that it turned out well!! And I was originally thinking of an in-out line, but right before surgery, when we were setting the line, the director said a semi-out line would make my eyes look longer, so we set the line a bit higher. I’m so glad I listened to the directorㅠㅜㅜ I’m really so satisfied✨✨ I think it turned out well with a pretty line thanks to the director, and even when I went into the operating room, they told me they would make it pretty and that I shouldn’t be too nervous, so I think the surgery turned out beautifully!
