I'm going to have revision surgery with an incisional method, and I want to open up the outer corner too, but I've already had it opened once and I'm not happy with it, so I'm thinking about doing it again. I'm thinking of doing it at Girin.. If I do semi-out with an incision and ptosis correction, will it improve my sleepy eyes a lot? I'm also thinking about upper canthoplasty, and ideally I wanted the chief director, but he doesn't do incisions very often.
