Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redo

Looking around and debating revision eyelid surgery for multiple creases + a high line (ft. ptosis correction…

I had my first surgery about 10 years ago by incisional method without knowing much, and they recommended a high line, so I went with it and now regret it because it looks sausage-like. I just lived with it, and about 5 years ago from now, one side developed multiple creases. It’s stressful both aesthetically and functionally, so I’m ultimately looking around for revision eyelid surgery. I still have more places to consult, but I’ve been recommended ptosis correction and fat grafting above the eyes! Even if ptosis correction and fat grafting are done only slightly and not excessively, I’ve heard the side effects can hit hard, so I’m really not keen on them. Also, if they had simply recommended ptosis correction just because my eye-opening strength was weak, I obviously wouldn’t do it, but they said it’s to make my eye-opening strength more defined and do fat grafting to prevent recurrence of multiple creases, so I’m in a situation where it’s hard to just refuse. Is there anyone here with a case like mine? If you’ve had surgery, I’m curious how it turned out and whether you’re satisfied..!! If you’re pre-op, let’s think it through together!!
