They say even under-eye fat repositioning can’t get rid of dark circles

It’s not like I have a lot of under-eye fat.. When I look at reviews of under-eye fat repositioning, there are cases where dark circles improved too. So I went for a consultation with some hope, but they said the dark circles won’t go away... How do I get rid of dark circles? It’s stressing me out so much ㅜㅜㅜㅜ
