Please, I’m begging you. My wish is for my nostrils to show a bit when viewed from the side. From the front it looks blunt, and from the side it looks stuffy. I’m thinking of revision surgery, but I’m scared my nose might get even bigger, so I keep only looking into it. My philtrum is also a bit long, so if I do a shortening procedure together, would it look a bit more refined?
