Common points from visiting 5 places for consultations My nasal bridge is not exactly low, I have a bulbous nose with a lot of fat and thick skin, a wide nose, and a very large nasal septum.
What I wanted was no implant, just a slight improvement to the nasal tip~ I prefer a natural look.

The director has a warm style and consulted while showing similar cases among patients he had operated on. They took photos and showed with Photoshop that it would probably look like this~ I had never thought about alar reduction, so when I hesitated, he said I did not necessarily have to do it, and that after doing the whole nose first, if I do not like it, I can have only the alar surgery by paying just the anesthesia fee. He touched different parts of my nose and recommended that he would match my desired direction as much as possible, but if we add things without overdoing it, it would probably come out slim and refined, so I should think about it.
The consultant was kind too and did not pressure me to place a deposit. If I do not have surgery, the deposit is refundable except for the consultation fee. The cost did not seem to increase or decrease if something was added; it seemed like a fixed price.

Should I say he was honest, just as I had heard? This was the first hospital where surgery was not recommended.
He said I definitely have a nasal bridge, so he recommends not putting in silicone, but then it would only raise the nasal tip slightly, so he did not recommend it because the effect would be minimal. He said my nose has a lot of fat and thick skin, so even if only the nasal tip is raised, there would not be a big difference,, He asked if I had been to other hospitals and whether those hospitals had told me to do surgery. He said he himself would prefer that I not do it, and that when doctors or consultants say “there will be a little~ effect,” I should listen carefully to the word “little” at the front, not just hear “there will be an effect” and go ahead with it,, This was a hospital that told me to first reconsider whether I should have surgery or not.
It was a bit out of my route, so I wondered until the end whether to go or not, but I think it was good that I went at least once,,

As I had heard, the director was extremely kind. Because I wanted bulbous nose improvement and have a wide nose, he recommended using an implant. Because the skin on my nasal tip is thick, it cannot be raised a lot, but that matched my preference for a natural look, so it was fine. He explained well why he did not recommend no implant, and there were parts that made sense.
The consultant was also kind, and overall it seemed like a hospital without anything particularly unusual.
I visited 5 places, and got 2 recommendations for silicone in the nasal bridge, 2 for no implant, and 1 saying not to do it, so I do not know what to do. It is roughly very confusing,, After consulting with Director Yoo Won-il at With U Wonil, I got a sense of what more I should ask at the next hospital, so I regret that there were many things I did not ask at the hospitals I had gone to before,,,
I had also felt that for a bulbous nose, it is hard to see results without silicone, but some places say it can be done, while another place says not to do it at all.. After going around for consultations, I have even more to think about,,ㅎ
