My first surgery failed, so I got an A/S revision at the same place, and it turned out even worse. When I confronted the clinic, they kept saying they would operate on me again, but my trust is already broken, so I no longer want to lie on the operating table at that clinic. I was having such a hard time psychologically, so I thought I should at least get a consultation at a clinic specializing in removal as an urgent measure, and I did. But in the end, I think revision surgery is the answer, so I’ve decided to wait 6 months. I’ve only barely had one consultation, but as I thought, lowering the nasal tip seems to be the answer.. They said the nasal tip had been raised too aggressively, which caused the asymmetry and the other issues I’m struggling with ㅠ Where can I find a director who is good at lowering the nasal tip while correcting the crookedness and shaping the nasal tip to be nicely rounded.. For now, my nose was originally small, it wasn’t a bulbous nose, my nostrils were small too, and I only raised my nose because of my own greed, but I didn’t know it would become this difficultㅠ I want my nose to become round and cute again.. Right now, my nasal tip is pointy and looks like a witch nose. And my nostrils have become asymmetrical, so I want to find a director who can match the symmetry wellㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
