At the 2-week mark, I received swelling management and skin care as part of aftercare, and after that I kept drinking pumpkin juice and often went on light walks. Oh, and I heard it helps prevent swelling to use a high pillow, so I did that, and it seems to work better than doing things as usual, for sure though my back neck hurts... Now, one month in, it has become much more natural than before. The big swelling is all gone and it seems I’ve almost fully recovered, maybe just a little swelling at the tip of the nose? The pain isn’t that severe and it keeps getting better. But since they say side effects happen most often at 1 to 3 months, I’m planning to avoid alcohol and manage it diligently until around 3 months I never want to do another revision rhinoplasty. This has to be the last surgery, absolutely. The most satisfying change I feel is that I turned off the nose-shrinking effect in retouching apps I hope everything settles beautifully without any problems When time passes, I should come in for a progress check at the hospital.
