Realizing the seriousness of the situation, I booked a consultation at the best university hospital in our country. "A nose like this requires rib cartilage, and we also cannot know whether the reconstruction will be perfect." After hearing from the university hospital doctor that it would be quite a major surgery, I gave up on reconstruction and decided to live with the way I looked.
Then!! My younger sibling introduced me to Just Plastic Surgery through a friend who had reconstruction surgery there. They said Director Kook Kyung-won had the hands of a god.... When I visited, determined that this would be the last plastic surgery consultation of my life, the director and the consultant gave detailed explanations and gave me hope that reconstruction was possible, so I decided on surgery. First of all, I really liked that the director didn't explain things in a long-winded way and just told me the key points clearly.
During the surgery, they removed all the Gore-Tex that had been inside, and they said it was not easy to remove because there were adhesions. My current nose was completed using silicone and ear cartilage! Now that the splint has been removed!! It still looks like there is some asymmetry because of swelling, but first of all, seeing it extend straight makes me feel like I'm going to cry. haha
