I had surgery 11 years ago because of ptosis, and 4 years ago the line in one eye had almost come undone, so I had revision surgery again. But even now, the line still isn’t very defined.. But because of that, people have no idea at all that I had double eyelid surgery, so I’m not planning to get a second revision. The doctor really pursues a natural look.. so my opinion that I liked a more dramatic look was rejected ㅠㅠ lol
But for both the first surgery and the revision, they only did sleep anesthesia for about the first 5 minutes, then did local anesthesia in that state, and I was awake throughout the surgery, you know? I thought all other hospitals did that too, but it seems like only this place does... (?)
Anyway, sometimes when I see photos other people took of me, I still look sleepy, maybe because the ptosis still hasn’t been fully corrected, but I have no intention of getting another revision.
