Clinic D -I had a consultation for both functional rhinoplasty and cosmetic rhinoplasty through a plastic surgery app event, and the doctor was an otolaryngology specialist. He also checked several medical issues for me, and above all, he was kind! But the deciding factor was that he predicted and showed me what my nose line would look like after surgery, and I didn't like the line. Also, the consultation manager kept insisting too aggressively that I put down a reservation deposit, so I felt like I didn't want to have it done there.
Clinic S -This place is also very famous for rhinoplasty. The doctor was kind during the consultation, and I liked the line too. Everything was good except that the surgery fee was much more expensive than I expected, so I made another appointment and decided to visit again. For my second visit, they called and asked me to come a little earlier than my reserved time, so I arrived 30 minutes early and waited in the lobby. Five minutes before my appointment time, the consultation manager came out and said the director's surgery was taking longer, so it would probably take another hour. This was the first thing that made me furious. Then why did they call and tell me to come early? And why did they just stand around blankly without telling me in advance while I was waiting there? I was so annoyed.
I was surprised that there are more consultation managers who lack basic manners than I expected, and I thought that because of people like this, I might not be able to distinguish truly good hospitals.
