For dermatology clinics, there were places that were more expensive and places that were cheaper, but many people seemed to say plastic surgery clinics are better. I got it in advance because I had an important schedule, but there was swelling and bruising for about 1 week, so I think it would be good to schedule the procedure with plenty of time. They said the longevity lasts about 1 year to 1 year and 6 months, so I'm thinking of getting it once more next year!
