I’m looking into revision eye surgery because of multiple creases + sausage eyelids!
ㅌㅇㅅ/ㅇㅇㄴㅋ/ㄴㅅㅎ/ㅇㅇㅋㅌ/ㅅㅅ/ㅇㅇㅋ I went around for consultations at these 6 places,
and after deciding to exclude ㅌㅇㅅ/ㄴㅅㅎ/ㅅㅅ, I’m debating between these 3: ㅇㅇㄴㅋ/ㅇㅇㅋㅌ/ㅇㅇㅋ.
ㅇㅇㄴㅋ <incision + fat grafting above the eyes + ptosis correction> : Lower only the inner corner/front part by 1 mm It’s been a while since the consultation, so I don’t remember whether that 1 mm meant excision.. Anyway, it would be done by lowering only the front while preserving the existing line, and it felt like a place that prioritizes safety. But they mentioned 2 cc of fat grafting, so I’m wondering if that’s a bit much.
ㅇㅇㅋㅌ <double-line lowering technique + fat repositioning above the eyes + ptosis correction> : Lower the overall line, with the inner corner/front part lowered a bit more. I was worried about ptosis correction, but they said it would be fine if done just slightly, and that the eye-opening strength needs to be improved a bit more to prevent the multiple creases from recurring.
ㅇㅇㅋ <double-line lowering technique + fat grafting above the eyes> : Lower the overall line, with the inner corner/front part lowered a bit more. It was the first place that didn’t recommend ptosis correction, so I liked it more, and they said my eye-opening strength itself isn’t bad, so even without ptosis correction, just lowering the line would make my eyes look clearer. I liked this place the most, but it’s seriously insanely expensive. Even though it’s only double-line lowering + fat grafting without ptosis correction, it’s nearly 5 million won.
The 3 places I’m considering were all basically kind, empathetic, and didn’t give me a bad feeling! But I don’t know whether I should compromise on cost and go with my 2nd or 3rd choice, or pay the crazy high price and go with my 1st choice. Even if I go with my personal 1st choice, the result isn’t guaranteed. If you were me, where would you go??
