My mom's under-eye fat has been looking a lot more saggy lately, so I bought her eye cream, but the effect was minimal. Her eyes look dark too So I did some searching, and a lot of people recommended under-eye fat repositioning. Is under-eye fat repositioning the answer? Would it be effective? If you know any good clinics for under-eye fat repositioning, let me know
