Even though I don’t have that much facial fat, I got Accu injections to get even a subtle 1 cm difference (cheeks + double chin). For me, the effect started showing from week 2, and the maximum effect appeared at one month. The uneven facial fat was smoothed out, and even though I gained more weight, my facial fat looked tidier, so my friends asked if I had lost weight. I think people with a lot of facial fat would see even better results from Accu injections. I got it once.
