Does a crooked nose always require osteotomy? Is it only needed in severe cases? When I first had nose surgery, maybe it was because of the swelling, but I thought my crooked nose had improved. Once the swelling went down and time passed, it was crooked again; It’s not extremely severe, but it’s just noticeable enough to bother me when I talk. I think I should probably get revision rhinoplasty, so I’m first doing some online research on clinics. Rather than choosing blindly based on fame, I looked at reviews and picked places I liked.
