I’m planning revision surgery because one breast developed capsular contracture and the position is weird too I had consultations with Director ㄱㅇㅈ at ㅇㅇ and Director ㄱㅅㅂ at ㄹㅂㄹㅇ Both surgical methods are different, and the points they specifically picked out were different too, so I’m really torn.. Broadly, there’s an issue where the breast pocket needs to be reduced, and for that, one place said they would shape it through a transaxillary incision without removing the capsule, and the other place said a transaxillary incision is possible, but an inframammary incision would definitely make it easier to do precisely, and they said they would secure it with sutures?.. If anyone here knows information about these two directors, things you can’t tell from just a consultation, please leave a commentㅠ
