My friend told me to get under-eye fat repositioning if I want to get rid of dark circles, but I’m thinking of looking into toning, lasers, and surgery all together,, I don’t know much, and for now the problem is my dark circles. They get worse when I smile, so ah, I feel like it might be under-eye fat repositioning, but I’m not sure..
