Story about getting nose surgery under partial anesthesia in December 2019 and a revision surgery consultation

I was led by my mom and had nose surgery under local anesthesia. At the consultation, I was told they would raise the nasal bridge with silicone and use ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and I had the surgery without really shopping around much...

It was partial anesthesia, but because they were going to harvest cartilage, they anesthetized my ear too, and it seriously hurt like crazy.

Now the middle part of my nose is raised like a mosquito bite, and since last summer it has been bothering me so much that I said we should go to the hospital once. When I talked back to my mom, she made a huge fuss saying it was because of rhinitis, so I held it in until winter. Recently, I’ve been so bothered by my nose that I don’t even take photos, and I felt like my self-esteem was getting way too low, so I just went for a consultation...

Wow~ lol But they say hospitals these days don’t use silicone for the nasal tip, right? But mine was built up with silicone all the way to the tip, and they used ear cartilage like a shield... They said they didn’t even harvest all the cartilage lolololol I felt so betrayed, and I was filled with regret, thinking maybe even if my mom dragged me there back then, I should have refused until the end...

Right now the silicone has shifted upward, so it’s raised like a bump, and because there is chronic inflammation, the skin is getting thicker. They said later on I’ll develop contracture. I felt dizzy... Either way, it means I need revision surgery... Of course this time I’ll have the surgery under sleep anesthesia or while I’m out of it... but even knowing I’ll be out of it during surgery, I’m so terrified that the date hasn’t even come yet and I’m already trembling...ㅠㅠ
