Hehehehe hi! I don’t even know how to start this post lol
I had natural adhesion (buried) surgery in mid-to-late June this year. Before I knew it, more than 3 months had already passed.
The photos are in order: 1. 1 month and 1 week after surgery (no makeup) 2. Almost 2 months after surgery (no makeup) 3. 3 months after surgery (with makeup) 4. A photo taken with my eyes closed, 3 months after surgery (no makeup)
My bare eyes right now, with no makeup at all, look most similar to the first photo. (Maybe because I see my own face every day.. even when I look at the photos I can’t really tell the difference and they all feel the same, but friends I hadn’t seen in a while told me that.)
I wanted a natural in-out line double eyelid that doesn’t look like I had surgery at all, and I’m pretty satisfied so far. I think the major swelling went down within about 2 to 3 weeks, and the minor swelling gradually subsided over the course of 3 months. Honestly, there wasn’t much difference between 2 months and 3 months.
I posted this in hopes that it might help even a little for people who are considering double eyelid surgery! I hope everyone has a good day:)
* The second photo was taken while I was studying at a cafe and was extremely sleepy, so it came out much duller than it looks in real life.
The second and fourth photos were taken at a cafe, so maybe because of the lighting there, they came out with a lot of redness in the photos Please understand
