It’s a revision rhinoplasty, and the clinic recommended an osteotomy for the nasal bridge, which I hadn’t thought about at all. Has anyone had an osteotomy? If you do an osteotomy, doesn’t the recovery period become much longer? I’m also curious whether it has a dramatic effect. If anyone has had it done, please share your opinion!

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
