Before and after after after I’m one month post-op after getting male rhinoplasty. I had been thinking about it for 10 years since I was 20, and decided to have surgery around the time I left my job. Since I’m a man, and personally didn’t want anything dramatic, overall harmony was the most important thing to me. The surgery was “nasal implant insertion, osteotomy, bulbous nose correction, nasal lengthening, and nasolabial angle correction.” I had always thought my bulbous nose was on the severe side, but comparing the before and after surgery photos, it does seem like it changed a lot. I didn’t really shop around or have much information, and I looked into it the day before, had a consultation the next day, then immediately scheduled the surgery date and went through with it. I hope this helps others even a little.
