Bulbous nose revision surgery

About 4 years ago, I had my hump shaved down, osteotomies, and bulbous nose correction by raising the nasal tip with septal cartilage, but as time passed, the nasal tip drooped, so I’m looking into revision surgery. To prevent the nasal tip from drooping, is using costal cartilage during revision surgery the only option? I was scared of silicone, so I did it without an implant, but I’m worried about side effects if I use donated rib cartilage, and with autologous costal cartilage, the surgery seems like it becomes too major, and I’m worried about scarring and pain. What do you think??
