Hehehe before <This is how I looked just 6 months ago> To be honest, it wasn’t only my bulbous nose that was the problem. My nasal bridge was also quite thick, with a slightly protruding hump that felt a bit like a hooked nose, and overall I was concerned that both my nasal bridge and nasal tip were low. But when looking at it overall, it all just made my nose look bulbous lol; To be precise, they used septal cartilage and silicone, and I had hump osteotomy, bulbous nose correction, alar reduction, and raised both the nasal bridge and nasal tip~
Thankfully, I found a place with good skills. Of course this is just my very personal opinion, but if the surgery had been super obvious, with a really flashy and very sharp nasal tip, that might have felt burdensome for me in its own way too lol I think it was right to approach it from the start as natural but defined.
For those looking into surgery, if you don’t like something too natural but also don’t want something dramatically flashy, push for a natural-glamorous look haha If the surgeon is skilled, I think they adjust the proportions well on their own~
I’m now 6 months post-op~ Even though only septal cartilage was used, thankfully there hasn’t been any deformation or twisting of the shape, so I think I’m recovering well~ Please just stay like this~!
