I had it done with the buried-suture method when I was 20, but it came undone after 7 years, so I had revision surgery with an incision. The line is definitely more noticeable than with the buried-suture method, but I chose the incision because I really hope it won't come undone again.. After experiencing my double eyelid coming undone once, I keep feeling anxious that it might come undone again or turn into a double creaseㅠㅠ
