Has anyone had under-eye fat removal instead of under-eye fat repositioning?? My under-eye fat looks like it’s bulging out, so I feel like just removing that would be enough. But everyone mostly only does under-eye fat repositioning Do people not do removal at all? I looked at Objet, Oskin, and ST.

I have severe dry eye too, so I'm debating whether to do it or not. If I do it, will it get worse? Thinking about it, if the area of the eyes that opens gets wider, it probably would get worse This is a photo right after waking up! lol
