I’m considering revision eye surgery because of overlapping creases and a high line (especially the thick front part of the double eyelid)..!!
1. Blue line (incision/excision): keep the back part of the line as it is, and lower only the front part of the line, which is what stresses me out, by excising 1 mm (Since I heard that as you age, the skin at the back of the eyes starts to sag first, the plan is to preserve the back line.)
2. Orange line (double-line lowering technique): lower the overall line slightly
The shape matters too, but the surgical methods are different, My eyes are sausage-like, but not to the point where the sausage look is extremely unattractive, So I’m debating between options 1 and 2 above. I’d appreciate your opinions!

After consulting at a total of 6 clinics (excluding ㅌㅇㅅ, ㄴㅅㅎ, ㅅㅅ), I’m trying to decide among the 3 below. There is some overlap with the surgical methods above, but the clinic is important too, so I’m asking for advice :)
ㅇㅇㄴㅋ (partial excision + fat grafting above the eyes + ptosis correction) : Standalone building, comfortable, and I saw a lot of comments saying people had good results at ㅇㅇㄴㅋ. They would not touch the entire line overall; they would lower only the front part by excising 1 mm, the middle should come down because they’ll do fat grafting, and they would preserve the back line. I really don’t want ptosis correction (I don’t have ptosisㅠㅠ but they say the surgical method requires eye correction..) I asked on the day of consultation and also later whether it could be done without eye correction, but they said it couldn’t be removed.
ㅇㅇㅋㅌ (double-line lowering technique + fat repositioning above the eyes + ptosis correction) : The doctor was really kind during the consultation, so I had a good feeling, but there are very few reviews, so I’m really torn about this place. We decided to lower the line little by little using the double-line lowering technique, and here too, they likewise won’t remove eye correction..
ㅇㅇㅋ (double-line lowering technique + fat grafting above the eyes) : This was the first place that did not recommend ptosis correction. Since my eye-opening strength is not weak, they said my eyes could look more defined just by lowering the line, so I liked this place the most, but the cost is seriously enormous. I like that they didn’t recommend eye correction, but since every other place recommended it, I do have a slight doubt about whether it will really turn out well. The reason I’m hesitating over this place is the cost for now.. haha
Where would you go if you were me.. If you’re also considering revision eye surgery for the same reasons as me, let’s share opinions!!
