Why I decided to have the surgery My lower back has always been bad, but as more and more belly fat built up, everyday life became harderㅠ I don’t exercise either, so I have almost no muscle mass, and because of the increased abdominal fat, my back felt heavy and all my clothes became uncomfortable,, I saw a lot of people losing weight with medication, but yo-yo weight regain scared me the most.. Exercise is the answer, of courseㅠ It’s the best way to diet healthily.. I decided to remove as much unnecessary fat as possible and start health care, so I searched, asked around, looked into it, and went to a few other places myself, but I didn’t feel like I received an in-depth consultation at all,, They explained well how the liposuction procedure would be done and what instruments would be used, so I felt more reassured and decided on this place^_^
What I actually felt during the process from hospital consultation to surgery From the consultation day to the surgery day, the managers kept changing, so I was a little confused about who my personal manager was, but all of them were as kind as they were pretty.. The director who performed my surgery had really good manners from the first consultation through the day of surgery and gave very detailed coaching~ I’m especially so thankful to the operating room nursing team,, (the male nurse, and the petite, plump, pretty female nurse) After surgery, I had to finish the IV and urinate before leaving, until the anesthesia had fully worn off, but I was in such a hurry because of my next scheduleㅠ The surgery took longer, so I needed to quickly contact my guardian who was waiting separately, but I couldn’t use my phone, so I was dizzy, rushed, and at a lossㅠ Even while I wasn’t fully awake from the anesthesia and not in my right mind, the male nurse listened carefully until the end and even wrote my guardian’s phone number on his palm, and the female nurse supported me all the way to the bathroom to urinate. Thank you so muchㅠㅠ I rushed out because I was in a hurry, but later when I came to my senses, I felt grateful to everyoneㅠㅠ
What was uncomfortable after surgery The first day was hard because of abdominal painㅠ Going to the bathroom was the hardest, and they had thick gauze attached to my upper arms, so whenever I put on clothes and moved my arms up and down, it felt like the gauze was shifting, and I was a little anxious the sutured areas might open,,
What improved after surgery Every time I put on clothes, I could see that the bulging abdominal fat and upper-arm fat had noticeably gone down!! There is still a lot of swelling left, but once it all settles later, I think clothes will be more comfortable to wear, so I hope the swelling goes down quickly~^^
