I'm looking into the cost of getting lower blepharoplasty or under-eye fat repositioning, and some places are under 1 million won while others are in the high 2 million won range. Is that because of a difference in skill? Then would it be right to go with the more expensive place? Or is it because of advertising or regional reasons? If anyone knows even roughly, could you let me know?
