Please help me choose together ㅠㅠ I’ve narrowed it down completely to two places, but the two places are saying totally different things.
1. The nose is short and looks upturned. From the side, the nasal bridge looks high, but from the front it doesn’t look noticeably high. They said to put in 3-4 mm silicone, do osteotomy, remove flesh from the nasal tip to make it slimmer, lower the nose to make it a bit longer, project it forward so the nostrils show less, and no alar reduction x it would have a good effect.
2. It is absolutely not a short, upturned nose. The nose shape is very pretty. There is no need for osteotomy. They said they would do it if the effect would be good, but this is not a nose where the effect would show that well. No need to remove nasal tip flesh or do osteotomy. Put in the thinnest silicone 3 mm (they said my skin is not that thick), and if the nose is projected forward to make a semi-ski-slope line, it would be pretty.
Both are saying such different things that I’m really torn ㅠㅠ
