Before surgery, the director kindly explained that he was marking the line before the procedure and that it would not hurt. After local anesthesia, I heard the sound of my eye being cut, a sizzling cutting sound, the sound of tissue being cauterized, and I had so much pain that felt like my eyeball was being grabbed and pulled out. As soon as the director heard me groaning, he asked if it hurt and immediately put in anesthetic eye drops? two more times.
In the car on the way home, my eyes hurt so much that I kept them closed the whole time, and I immediately regretted it, thinking, 'Why did I repeat the same mistake?' ㅠㅠ For two days after surgery, I slept sitting up and also went for walks, but so far the swelling and pain are at their peak..
But people around me are saying that my eyes really opened up a lot and that they are looking forward to seeing them once the swelling goes down, so I am going to endure this pain a little longer.
